  Awful. I'm giving Frontier one star only because they allowed a review. No return phone calls. Crews did not show up when the rep stated and did not finish work as the rep indicated, requiring follow ups. Bandwidth was much less than promised. Billing was more than agreed to. Frontier billing and terms of service were completely different than what the local rep told us they would be. Awful.
  Did I mention the local rep did not return a single phone call over the month time period between when we agreed to use Frontier and when we actually had service? Since he seemingly forgot about us after the fact I can only speculate the rep to be deceitful at best, lazy and incompetent.
