  All of my doctors except Dr Lapp (Carlinville Eye Care) have practices in Springfield IL where I see them, because of the highest level of care I believe they give me. But for my priceless eyes, Dr Lapp's practice in Carlinville IL is my personal choice. It has uptown quality--Far more quality than any other eye Dr (excluding eye specialists to which he has referred me) that I have seen in larger Springfield. Down home service--CEC also gives me more of a pleasant experience and satisfaction than l've disgustingly not had in Springfield or Walmart S.E. of here. Their whole staff is to be commended for their warm and helpful demeanor on all visits and telephone contact. Of course I cannot compare this office with other eye Drs I haven't seen here in Carlinville, but why try elsewhere when I feel I have the best! BTW, I am a second generation patient as my father, now deceased, was also a highly satisfied patient of Dr Lapp's beginning practice years ago. That's also a big reason why I made my first appt with CEC, thankfully, several years ago.
